The lessons learned over the last decade enabled Anexa’s recently designed and built state-of-the-art 60,000 sq ft facility in Hermosillo Mexico to set the standard of excellence for nearshoring facilities in Mexico. Anexa’s new center was configured with the most reliable technology infrastructure available and is maintained 24/7 by onsite technical staff. The best Human Resources practices are employed to select highly educated and motivated personnel from our outstanding talent pool.  Over 90% of our employees have either graduated from or are currently attending university. An array of innovative services, including AnexaOnDemand, a “pay as you use” contact center, is offered commercially through a simple turnkey arrangement.

Anexa’s impressive operation in Hermosillo is complemented by its US-based team headquartered in Austin, Texas. Commercial activities in the United States are further supported by four Sales and Operations offices across the country.
