History
Experience The Anexa Difference
In 1992, Anexa Teleservices’ predecessor company, Tridex, was launched as one of the founding Nortel authorized distributors in Mexico. In the highly competitive telecommunications infrastructure market, Tridex grew and prospered, eventually becoming the largest Nortel distributor in Mexico and was awarded “Nortel Latin America Distributor Of The Year” in 1997.
Tridex’s close relationship with its customer base provided unique access to the issues facing some of Mexico’s largest enterprises. As business for Tridex customers was increasing, so was the demand for numerous call center services including data entry, collections, customer/market surveys, customer service and customer technical support.
In 1997, Tridex formed a partnership with the technical directors of Mexico’s leading commercial call center, Skytel, and launched Anexa Teleservices in Hermosillo, Sonora. The call center grew quickly, and has enjoyed a close relationship and strong support from the State of Sonora. Doubling in size almost every year the company now employees 1,200 call center agents in its 600-seat facility in Hermosillo. The phenomenal growth has been sustained since inception due to Anexa’s unique ability to create and implement customer-driven solutions, while replicating the customer’s corporate culture within the Anexa call center environment.
Tridex has continued to expand its business and now represents a number of first tier network equipment vendors, and has expanded into a variety of outsourced IT services including network operations and technical support. Through both internal growth and M&A, it operates today as Evox with more than 120 of Mexico’s largest enterprises, and more than 1 million voice and data lines under maintenance contract. This ensures the Anexa call center telecom and IT infrastructure are maintained at the highest level. The original founders of Anexa – combining the best of telecommunications infrastructure support know-how with expert call center operations – are still actively guiding Anexa today.
