Mark E. Renfroe
President, Anexa Teleservices, LLC
Mark E. Renfroe is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of international management responsibility at numerous publicly traded companies, including various Latin American based senior management roles. Prior to joining Anexa Teleservices, LLC, Mark spent the previous nine years as Senior Vice President, The Americas for Harmonic, Inc. He joined Harmonic after 14 years at Nortel Networks and Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Renfroe holds an Executive M.B.A. in International Business from the University of Miami and a B.S., Summa Cum Laude, from Texas A&M. While living in the Boston area he took advanced language courses at Harvard University and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. He currently resides with his family in Lakeway, Texas. Mark has a 100-ton US Coast Guard Captain’s License and has navigated vessels throughout out Latin America.
Sandino Arrache
President, Mexican Operations Anexa Teleservices, LLC
Mr. Arrache has more than 15 years of technical and operations management experience in the call center industry. Prior to joining Tridex he was SkyTel’s Technical Director for the Latin American Region, Commercial Director for Skytel Mexico and was an operations consultant at the Global Service Contact Center.
Mr. Arrache Graduated from the Universidad Autonoma Metroplitana as an Electrical Engineer and has a Masters Degree in Manufacturing Process Engineering from the Instituto de Estudios Tecnologicos y Superiores de Monterrey.
He is one of the founders of Tridex del Noroeste (now Anexa) and has been responsible for the acquisition all Anexa’s current customers. Sandino lives in Monterrey, Mexico with his wife and three kids and enjoys swimming in the Sea of Cortez and diving for lobsters.
Taylor D. Fyfe
Chief Financial Officer, Anexa Teleservices, LLC
Mr. Fyfe is Anexa's financial and operational expert, with over 15 years experience running small and medium sized enterprises. After obtaining a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas and an MBA from Southwest Texas State University, Taylor was immediately indoctrinated into the small business environment as an engineer and later as a program manager for a leading Department of Defense prime contractor. From cost accounting to value engineering, Taylor assumed multiple roles, eventually acting as a formal liaison to the chief procurement officers of the United States Army, negotiating multi-million dollar specification-driven defense contracts. In 1994, Taylor purchased a fiberglass tank manufacturing company, growing the entity by some 300% in the first two years. In recent years, Taylor has been integrally involved in the start-up, development and financial control of numerous small businesses in varied industries including the metal plating & painting arena, oil & gas production, medical diagnostic imaging and real estate development.
Taylor is a native of Amarillo, Texas, and has served as an executive committee member of numerous civic organizations such as the local Appraisal Review Board, the Chamber of Commerce, the American Red Cross and Rotary International. He now resides in Lakeway, Texas, with his wife and four boys. Taylor puts an average of 40,000 miles per year on his suburban (5th and counting) taking his four boys to soccer tournaments across the country…just 10 more years to go!
Ramon Zarazua
Senior Vice President, Business Development, Mexican Operations
Mr. Zarazua has been the founder of several successful Mexican enterprises in the high tech arena. In addition to being the co-founder of Anexa Teleservices, he is also responsible for starting Tridex (now Evox by means of a merger), a provider of private telecommunications networking and maintenance spanning the Republic of Mexico. Ramon has for many years been an authorized distributor in Mexico for major American companies such as Nortel, Tandberg, Mitel and others. He is also a part owner of a software company that focuses on applications in the call center and business process arena. Mr. Zarazua graduated from La Universidad de las Americas in Puebla with a degree in Business Administration. He has a daughter who is attending the same university and a son who is enrolled at DigiPen Institute of Technology in Seattle. Ramon is an avid golfer and enjoys a good book in his spare time.
Reed Majors
Vice President Marketing, Anexa Teleservices, LLC
Mr. Majors has a history of bringing new companies to the forefront of their markets through innovative marketing strategies and programs. As Vice President of Marketing he is responsible for supervising all Anexa’s outbound communication, establishing Anexa as a leader in Hispanic call center services, and ensuring customers understand the value of Anexa’s services. Prior to joining Anexa, Mr. Majors had a 15-year track record of success at a number of high-tech companies. Mr. Majors is well known in the IP Television industry, having authored a number of white papers and spoken at numerous conferences. His educational experience includes an MBA from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a degree in Business from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Mr. Majors loves to play golf and dreams of playing Augusta National.
Jesus Gaytan Ortiz
Vice President, Mexican Operations, Anexa Teleservices, LLC
Mr. Gaytan is an experienced executive with nearly 20 years of call center technical infrastructure and operations management. For the past seven years Jesus has been the Vice President of Call Center Operations with day-to-day management experience for operations, engineering and administration. Under his leadership Anexa has dramatically increased in size and scope while maintaining the highest operational standards. Prior to joining Anexa, Mr. Gaytan played a key role in the operations of Skytel's (acquired by MCI) activities throughout Latin America where he was responsible for the design and implementation of sites in several key countries. Jesus graduated from Anahuac University with a degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Jesus loves to play soccer with his two daughters.
Darrel Alsup
Vice President Sales, Anexa Teleservices, LLC
Mr. Alsup has over 20 years of sales and management experience in the call center outsourcing and accounts receivable management markets. He has extensive experience in the telcom, cable, and utility sectors helping clients improve customer experience, churn reduction, and receivable solutions. Most recently, Mr. Alsup spent several years at Outreach Communications as VP of Sales. At Outreach he focused on outsourcing solutions for the cable and wireless industries. His experience also includes senior management positions with AFNI, (CMI) Credit Management Inc, TRW Information Services, and Ford Motor Credit. He holds a BA degree in Business Administration. He loves to play golf but is better as a spectator.
