Hermosillo is the regional educational center for western Mexico with 15 universities and over 33,000 students. More than 90% of our employees have either graduated from or are attending university, demonstrating their personal motivation and dedication.
Our Human Resource department actively seeks out the best candidates from this well-qualified talent pool, then carefully tests and selects the most qualified applicants using techniques we have honed over the past 10 years. The contact center environment can be an intense work space as our customers’ problems need to be addressed in order to keep them completely satisfied and loyal. Anexa maximizes agent productivity by working shorter shifts with fresh, motivated workers. Our average work shift is 4 to 5 hours. This has the extra benefit of having twice the qualified labor pool trained on your application. In addition to providing our dynamic work force with accommodating work schedules, we provide an outstanding office facility in a prestigious part of Hermosillo. Our modern facility has a three-story glass atrium providing a welcoming environment, and our modern cafeteria and break areas complement the experience.
