Anexa Teleservices, LLC has a proud technical heritage. Its founders were the technical director of a call center driven paging company and the owner of one of Mexico’s largest private telecom infrastructure maintenance companies. Anexa knows the vital importance of 100% resource availability and has the experience and know how necessary to deliver. The fact that Anexa Teleservices has never experienced a service interrupting outage stems from its planning philosophy, equipment selection, continuous maintenance, and expert on site technical support. Further enhancing Anexa’s technical leadership is its Emergency Recovery Center (ERC) which will begin functioning in 2008.
Architecture
Redundancy is built into all levels of Anexa’s architecture. Both the primary and ERC call centers have redundant network connections to the internet. Anexa utilizes two common carriers with independent networks – Bestel and Telmex. The critical components of the internal network including routers, servers and switches are all redundant.
Anexa utilizes the latest in server Virtualization with VMware based Dell solutions. Virtualization enhances both our technical reliability and ability to rapidly scale our customers’ applications.

Onsite Technical Support
Expert on site technical support is the critical element in assuring Anexa’s ultra high reliability. We have degreed engineers certified in Cisco, Dell and Nortel equipment.
Additionally, we have developers on staff dedicated exclusively to developing software solutions to optimize our clients’ ability to monitor, verify and constantly improve their solution sets.
Emergency Recovery Center
While Anexa maintains its state of the art infrastructure to the highest technical degree and has never experienced a service interrupting outage, we do understand the necessity of contingency planning. Beginning in mid-2008 Anexa Teleservices will offer Emergency Recovery Planning through the use of a second call center in Hermosillo. Anexa will work with you to guarantee that in an emergency your calls are still answered and your customers’ needs are met.
