Anexa Teleservices has been successfully operating in Hermosillo Mexico for 10 years. Anexa’s passionate attention to customer satisfaction has driven our clients’ success, and subsequently our own. This success demanded a world-class facility to house and expand “The Anexa Difference”. Construction of the new building began in September 2007 at a ribbon-cutting ceremony by the Governor of Sonora. In 2008 Anexa Teleservices proudly inaugurated its new 60,000 sq. ft state-of-the-art call center.


New Anexa Spanish Call Center ServicesThe new facility was designed and built by Anexa, with a focus on optimizing work force productivity, and ultimately our end customers’ satisfaction. From it’s central location in a prestigious business district within walking distance of restaurants and a new mall, to its three-story central glass atrium that brings natural light to the entire facility, our employees’ satisfaction was at the forefront of our design philosophy.

The building is complete with an array of on-site training facilities, and a superb technical infrastructure. Complete with a comfortable naturally lit cafeteria and recreation area, it is located on major transportation routes, making the facility conveniently situated for our work force.
