Anexa has always believed that to be successful in the call center outsourcing business we must have a very strong training infrastructure and employee training policies. Anexa offers our employees continual learning and training opportunities, both on specific customer applications as well as customer service skills training, management training, and training on new technologies being implemented in the call center.
This high level of training allows Anexa to scale quickly when our customers need new agents, and to replace agents transitioning to new positions or those leaving Anexa.
Anexa has its own full time instructors on staff preparing, adapting and delivering material appropriate to allow our agents to offer your customers the best end user experience. The majority of the instruction is offered in Anexa’s 10 modern and dedicated classrooms on site in our Hermosillo facilities. Anexa continually monitors our agents’ quality and uses actual call recordings as an integral part of our continual improvement program.
Anexa’s bi-lingual instructors are able to travel to your facility in the United States as required to receive instruction on your application and bring back to Hermosillo a strong sense of your individual corporate culture you have so diligently developed and desire to protect. We then prepare coursework for your virtual agents in Mexico, or we can take course work already prepared in English and translate it as required for delivery in our facilities. We know that your applications and your customers’ needs are dynamic. Continual training of our motivated agent pool is one of Anexa’s top priorities. It is a vital element of The Anexa Difference.
